Applicability of GMI Versions
GMI Version 1.2 will take effect from 2 September 2026. Projects submitted from this date onwards will be assessed under GMI Version 1.2.
GMI Version 1.1 will continue to apply to projects submitted before 2 September 2026, subject to the applicable transition arrangements.

Green Mark Credentials and Artwork
Certified GMI projects are allowed to showcase the Green Mark Decal or Green Mark Plaque which gives recognition to the achievement of creating and operating in a sustainable interior space.
